Intervals

For some serious calorie burning and fat blasting interval workouts are the bomb! Do a 30 minute cardio session with intervals. After you do an interval workout your metabolism is in overdrive! Start with a 5 minute warm-up, 30-60 second intervals (either speed or intensity). Double the recovery time (60-120 seconds). End with a 5 minute cooldown and some stretching!
