I have been corresponding with jay regarding his workouts and he reported this back to me;
so I went to the gym a total of 4x last week
Day 1: elliptical, push ups, sit-ups
Day 2: racquetball, walking, push-ups, sit-ups, planks
Day 3: racquetball, walking
Day 4: ran 1 mile approx. 7min?? 28 push-ups, 25 sit-ups (quickie workout), 15 lunges”
Jay–good work this is awesome, keep it up.
