O2 MAX summer camp will begin Next Monday and end Friday August 22nd. Camp will take place Monday-Friday Campers can sign up for a whole week or one day. Monday Wednesday and Friday will focus on nutrition and fitness exploring strength training, cardio activities such as running and cycling, yoga and fitness-Hours 12-5. Tuesdays and Thursday we will take campers on an outing-hours 11-5.
