We have less than 6 weeks before the new year, so why wait to get started on your new years goals?
O2 MAX is going to start this challenge now.
We have got a few teens already signed up to participate, and they are ready. Who else wants to join in?
The Rules:
Tell us your goals: weekly or daily.
ex: exercise 3x week, drink 1 liter of water a day, call grandma and grandpa 1 x a week, go to 2 group exercise classes a week, study for 1 hour a day in history.
Tell us your goal for 6 weeks.
ex: exercise for a whole month of December, get an A grade in history, able to to 20 perfect push ups, lift 60 lbs in bench press.
