I hope you all are keeping up with the challenge. Don’t forget to blog.. we want to hear from you!
Some of the workouts are geared more to keep your heart rate up, but don’t forget to do some cardio in addition to your workouts. This will help your body be even more responsive to the workouts.
Try to get in 20-30min of cardio at least 2x week if you are not doing anything now.
Here is a list of some great cardiovascular exercises.
walking-any variation of, jogging, running, hiking, biking, spinning, basketball, jumping rope, rowing, aerobics class, swimming.
