Charles has been a finance executive as Director at Ernst & Young Corp. LLC in New York and Los Angeles (1997-2004), where his responsibilities included originating and growing new business opportunities, creating financial projections, advising on M&As, and raising capital. His experience extends to both the sell and buy sides of M&As, advising clients on diverse projects such as the sale of a $60M business or the acquisition of a $100M business. He has represented purchasers, secured creditors, majority owners and management in monetizing shares and retaining a stake in future growth and expansion.
Charles has been a finance executive as Director at Ernst & Young Corp. Since 2004 he has worked as an Independent Consultant in L.A., taking on select projects, assisting businesses with a wide range of financial issues and challenges. He graduated Cum Laude from Williams College (B.A.) and was a Stern Scholar at the N.Y.U. Stern School of Business where he earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting.
