Warm Winds

Today I lifted-traditional strength day. Then took a jog to the Santa Monica Stairs. It is so windy and a little warm today.  I really needed to hydrate after my workout because of these warm winds.  Soon I’ll head out to meet Taylor, we are going to do a little boxing!!
