Are Organic Fruits & Veggies Better For You?

To eat organic or to not eat organic? 

There was an interesting article in the LA Times the other day about this. The article interviewed experts on both side. I personally agree with the author-Judy Foreman. The biggest concern is to first eat more fruits and veggies. Logically, it makes sense to eat thinner skinned fruits that are not organic and fruits with thicker skin that are not necessarily organic for budget purposes. To read the full article click here.
