Saturday Afternoon Yoga

Lizzie made her Yoga teaching debut this past weekend. We had a blast trying various poses, sequences and instructors. Lizzie kicked off the class with breakdown of yoga poses & sequences, KJ led them through serious core work and Yadana joined us after sitting in crazy PCH traffic for more sequences.
