Bythe way, is O2 Max Fitness a non-profit organization?  If so, I also came across another great resource, it is the Center for Non Profit Management in Downtown Los Angeles.  They are also a free service for non-profits. 

(By the way, we also launched our Transportation Design Instute this past summer, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  We have partnered with the City of Los Angeles and the Mar Vista Family Center.  We had 21 inner city students sign up for the 14 week program this past summer.)
