In less than a week the Prom Shape up will begin. We will be posting workouts for you to follow either at O2 MAX or at your home. If you have questions, just ask us and we will answer.
We will be posting 3 workouts for each week at the begining of every week. If you have never exercised before this is definatley enough exercise to get your body going. If you are a regular exerciser make sure to add in cardio like jogging, jumping rope, biking or rowing.
All you need to do is enter your info on our website, set three goals that you want to accomplish during this 10 week period and visit our blog and comment on your workouts, each time you comment you will be entered to win great prizes, and lastly workout and have fun.
