How Many Pull Ups Can You Do?

Diego and Alex have been coming in and working on their pull ups and it shows!

There are many variations on pull ups that can be done, for instance:  dead hang pull ups, Chin ups, jumping pull ups, kipping pull ups and negatives. Pull ups are a great way to improve uppper body strength. Come on in and try some out.
