Maple Kettle Corn

This is a new spin on the classic treat of kettle corn. It is an easy and healthy snack to make whenever you are hungry.

 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons canola oil, 1/2 cup unpopped kernels,1/4 cup maple sugar,1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Heat oil in a 3 quart saucepan over medium high heat. Add remaining ingredients and cover for 3 minutes, while shaking the pan frequently, Continue to cook for 2  additional minutes, while shaking the pan to prevent burning. When popping slows, remove and from heat and let stand covered until all popping stops.
