Shirley’s Workout Today

Today’s workout was tough.

50 box jumps

50 kettle bell swings

50 jumping pulls ups

50 push press (45lb bar)

50 walking lunges (20lb dbs)

50 wall balls

50 back extensions

50 double unders

50 burpess

50 knees to elbows.

Phew… glad that is done!
