Da Stairs!

11-5 PM.

It started with 3 sets of the famous Santa Monica Stairs.

Then we walked up Montana Ave.

Then we walked to Wilshire Blvd w/ some stops along the way-Top to Top & Whole Foods for some water and energy bars.

Then we continued on to the Third Street Promenade where we stopped at Equinox for some free stuff & ate lunch at Subway.

Oh-and there were pushups, squats, duck walks & lunges along the way!!!

We went to Starbucks for some iced-tea after we took a picture with Laird Hamilton.

We did some Yoga & Abs outside of Lululemon led by Kj & Lizzie.

We took a 30 minute breakup for some shopping on the promenade and then walked down Ocean Ave back to our cars which were at the stairs.

We got lots of sun, some blisters and a great workout. 8 MILES!!!! We lost some people along the way but there were survivors!!
