Tour De Fitness-coming Up This Sunday

You’ve heard about it and maybe you’re going to be involved. So here is the schedule.

There will be a lot of walking on Sunday, so make sure to bring your comfortable shoes and wear sunscreen and sunglasses!

Meet At O2 MAX

3026 Nebraska (meeting t/shirts/overview schedule)

Leave O2 MAX

Head to SM stairs

10:45-11:15  AM-Santa Monica Stairs

Demonstrate at Santa Monica Stairs

(Go up and down stairs)

 

11:15 AM – 12:00 PM

Montana Ave.

Stop by Benefit

 

12:00 PM – 12:50 PM

Walk up Montana to 26th and Montana, walk down 26th to 26th and Wilshire

 

12:50 PM – 1:05 PM-Top to Top

Top to Top, eating, etc

 

1:05 PM – 1:15 PM

Walk from Top to Top to Whole Foods on 23rd and Wilshire

 

1:15 PM – 1:30 PM-Whole Foods

Demonstrate at Whole Foods

 

1:30 PM – 1:50 PM

Walk from 23rd and Wilshire to 4th and Santa Monica

 

1:50 PM – 2:10 PM-Promenade

Walking down promenade

Demo in three groups (workout/yoga/dance)

Urban Outfitters 

 

230PM-3PM LUNCH

Lunch @ Subway

Drinks at Starbucks

Walking around main st

 

4:30 PM – 5:00 PM-

Walk from Main st to Ocean Ave.

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Yoga w/ lululemon @ Ocean Ave  & Santa Monica Blvd.
