That special day where there is lots of chocolates, flowers and love. Be careful not to eat too many sweets! It’s ok to have some , just do it in moderation. Otherwise you’ll be regretting Love day!
Tips:
Portion your treats out-don’t sit with the whole box of chocolates, just take one or two out and put the rest away for later.
Dont forget to exercise-very important normally, but make sure you exercise if you plan on eating extra sweets.
Dinner-chose your indulgences wisely. Eat clean, Chose lean protein and vegetables, save room for the desert.
